By accessing or using Sentiaify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Sentiaify is a Shopify profit analytics service that helps merchants analyze and understand their business profitability. The Service includes:

  • Profit and loss analysis for Shopify stores
  • Order and revenue tracking
  • Cost management and categorization
  • Business performance reports and insights
  • Integration with Shopify store data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Shopify Integration

The Service integrates with Shopify through their official API. To use this integration:

  • You must have a valid Shopify store
  • You authorize Sentiaify to access your Shopify data through OAuth
  • You agree to comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and policies
  • You retain ownership of all data retrieved from Shopify

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify. Your use of Shopify is subject to Shopify's own terms and policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
  • Collect or harvest information from the Service without consent
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Subscription and Billing

Sentiaify offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. By selecting a subscription plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You authorize us to charge your designated payment method
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content to provide the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sentiaify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sentiaify. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency repairs
  • Circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROFITPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sentiaify and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Your User Content

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
